Whole Lotta Nuthin

Wow, its been since April 27th since I posted.  Does that make me a "former blogger" yet or was I just on sabatical?  Sounds like too much of a philosophical undertaking to figure that out right now.  My brain is tired.  Actually, my body is tired and its effecting my brain, but I'll get to that in a minute.

So what have I been up to?  Well, let see....

First there was writer's block.  I go to work, then I come home, then I eat, and finally go to bed... wash, rinse, repeat.  Not a whole lot of exciting stuff to talk about.  Not even any weird things going on in my brain... if there was, the part of my noggin that dives into it suddenly developed a fear of the deep end.  Also, if I have an idea I need to start writing it down.  I think my daughter's attention span is rubbing off on me.

The plague hit our house.  Minus the rats, but we were all sick.  Livvie had an ear infection, Amy, Connor and I had fevers and head colds.  The two big kids are still recovering, the two little ones are fine.  Its been almost two weeks of symptoms total.  I can't remember the last time I was sick like that.  I had the fever part for four days.  Call me a weenie, but it sucked.

Rapture anyone?

I thought about, giving the "Sticks" their own blog.  Might still do it, maybe like a weekly cartoon strip.  Bill Watterson watch out.  That's alot of work though.  Flip a coin?  That's alot of pressure too... I have to be funny once a week, every week.  People wonder why comedians have baggage, personally I like to keep my baggage as close to a carry-on as possible.  If I keep going I may talk myself out of it.

So here we are... busted my butt working at the church's new house, tired as all get out and manning up and typing a few words.  Oh wait, calls from two drivers back to back (still love my new job.... seriously!).  Where was I?  Yes, tomorrow I'm a day older, but a year older as well.  I was pondering while working that I should be getting pretty close to the age where I'm not the second youngest on the work crew and shouldn't be subject to as much manual labor.   Oh, well.  If God goes by Pacific time, I'll be gone sometime in the next three hours anyway.  I know the rapture hasn't happened yet cause Amy is still here.  Well unless there is something we all don't know about, but I did just talk to Terry too.  But is there a Lovenburg thing we all don't know about????  Angey?
